1. Legal Status of Products

Repliq LLC (“Repliq”, “we”, “our”, “us”), based in Illinois, sells independent interpretations of popular designer fragrances, commonly referred to as “inspired by” or “impression” scents.

We are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any of the brands whose fragrances may be referenced. Any references to brand names are made strictly for comparison purposes, to help customers identify fragrance styles. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Repliq does not claim ownership of or association with any third-party brand.

2. Product Use – Strict Conditions

All Repliq products are for external use only.

By using our products, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• Do not ingest.

• Do not spray directly into eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes.

• Do not apply to broken, damaged, or irritated skin.

• Do not use if you have known skin allergies or sensitivities to fragrance ingredients.

• If irritation occurs, immediately stop use, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a licensed medical provider.

• Keep away from children and pets. Fragrances may be toxic or harmful if swallowed or misused.

• Flammable: Keep away from heat, open flames, and ignition sources.

You assume full responsibility for following the above directions. Failure to do so releases Repliq from any and all liability.

3. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Fragrance products contain aromatic compounds, essential oils, alcohols, and other ingredients that may cause adverse reactions.

Repliq is not responsible for individual allergic responses, asthmatic events, or chemical sensitivities. By purchasing our products, you confirm that you are aware of the risks and are using the product voluntarily.

4. No Medical Claims or Advice

Repliq’s products and marketing materials do not contain medical advice and are not regulated or approved by the FDA as therapeutic, medicinal, or dermatological treatments.

Statements about scent performance, effect, or experience are subjective opinions and not scientific claims.

5. No Warranties; Products Sold “As Is”

All products are sold “as is” and “as available.”
Repliq disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy of scent match to any branded fragrance

• Longevity, sillage, or performance of fragrance

We do not guarantee that your product will smell the same on every person or match your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois and U.S. federal law, Repliq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• Allergic reactions

• Skin damage

• Respiratory issues

• Loss of enjoyment

• Loss of use

• Property damage

• Medical expenses

• Emotional distress

• Product dissatisfaction

• Shipping delays or defects

Our maximum liability under any legal theory shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product.

7. Returns, Defects, and Shipping

We inspect all items before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer:

• A replacement,

• A store credit,

• Or a partial refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used fragrance products due to hygienic and regulatory reasons, unless legally required.

8. Intellectual Property Rights and Brand Disclaimer

We fully respect all brand names, logos, trademarks, and identities. Any mention of other fragrances or brands is purely for descriptive reference purposes, under the fair use provisions of the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §1125).

We make no claim of ownership or affiliation. If any intellectual property holder objects to reference, we will respond promptly to remove such content as per applicable laws.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Repliq, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, demands, actions, costs, damages, losses, or liabilities—including reasonable legal fees—arising out of:

• Misuse of products

• Violation of this disclaimer

• Infringement of third-party rights

• Failure to comply with safety instructions

• Resale or redistribution of Repliq products

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and U.S. federal law.

• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, and that any dispute will be resolved individually in binding arbitration or the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

• You agree that Illinois courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal disputes.

11. Consumer Waiver and Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Repliq, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this full disclaimer;

• Waive any rights to hold Repliq liable beyond the scope set forth herein;

• Accept the inherent risks of using fragrance products;

• Confirm that you are over 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.

12. Severability

If any part of this disclaimer is found invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full effect.

This disclaimer is legally binding upon purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Repliq products or services.
