At Repliq LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a fragrance, you may return it for a refund under the following terms and conditions.


1. Easy Returns — No Questions Asked

If you don’t like the scent, you may return the product within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. No explanation required.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition with minimal use (no more than 10% used).

  • Original packaging must be included (bottle, box, and any inserts).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused at our discretion.


3. Return Process

  • Email help@repliq-scents.com to initiate a return.

  • Include your order number, reason (optional), and photos of the item if requested.

  • We will send you instructions for return shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately at help@repliq-scents.com. We’ll assist you as soon as we can to make things right.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Approve or reject the refund based on condition

  • Notify you by email

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, if approved

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refusal of Return or Refund

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  • The product was heavily used or tampered with

  • Items are returned without prior authorization

  • We detect abuse of our return policy (e.g., repeated returns, suspicious patterns)

  • Product was damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Return window (14 days) has expired


6. Customer Cooperation

To process returns fairly, customers are expected to:

  • Cooperate in providing necessary details or photos

  • Package returns securely to avoid damage in transit

  • Communicate respectfully with our support team


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately. However, please contact us at help@repliq-scents.com and we will work with you to find the best solution to keep you happy.
